ABN 84 635 215 913. All business operates under licence from K&J Events Pty Ltd.

COMPLIANCES

20m Public Liability Insurance.

Registered for GST.

Test and tag current on all equipment.

COMPETENCIES

Julius is qualified with Certificate IV in Sound and Lighting.

Julius has competency for test and tag.

Kate and Julius hold current first aid and CPR.

TERMS OF TRADE - OPERATED & SET UP PRODUCTION
1. Acceptance of variations is automatic unless written objection received.
2. Payment within due date is required.
3. Deposits not made in agreed timeframe will cancel any obligations by entity.
4. Cancellation within 7 days of event but not within 48 hours are charged at 50%.
5. Cancellation within 48 hours but greater than 24 hours of event is charged at 75%.

6. Cancellation within 24 hours of event is charged at 100%.

7. No warranty or discount for equipment failure at ambient 35 degrees C or above.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE - GOODS TAKEN

1. Customer is responsible for loss or damage, howsoever caused.

2. Weekly rate is 3 x daily rate.

3. Hire charges continue until all equipment returned.

4. Short returns invoiced at replacement cost.

5. Customer is responsible for third party damage.

6. Customer indemnifies supplier against any claims. 

TRAINING COURSES

1. Course fees refunded or course deferred with more than 24 hours notice.

2. No refund or deferrals if 24 or less hours notice given.

3. If we choose to defer a course, you can have a refund if unsuitable.
